Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun Episode 6 Posted on: November 7, 2012 | 506 views In this week’s episode of Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Haru tries to help Chizuru overcome her difficulty in making friends. Meanwhile, Shizuku starts having doubts about her relationship with Haru. Shizuku begins to experience emotions that’s beyond her comprehension after witnessing the prior interaction between Haru and Chizuru. At the same time, her grades had dropped substantially. Despite Shizuku‘s denial, Asako suggests that what she’s experiencing was jealousy towards Haru being with another girl. Chizuru herself has her own difficulties at socializing with her classmates. It was revealed that she’d entered the school a week after the opening ceremony due to hospitalization. Thus, with the class already divided into their own respective circles, she’d been left in isolation. Haru soon discovers Chizuru having lunch by herself. He hears about her situation and along with Asako, decides to help her overcome isolation. Shizuku, feeling uncomfortable while Haru is around refuses to participate. After a discussion with Shizuku, Chizuru discovers that both Haru and Shizuku have mutual feelings for one another and attempts to break the ice between the two, but ends up letting out her frustration over the situation. Ashamed over her sudden outburst, she runs away from the scene. But Haru manages to catch up to her and cheerfully advises her to overcome her difficulties one step at a time. Shizuku reminisces about her past where she found studying to be much more satisfying while everything else fails her expectations. Convinced that the recent events had led her astray, Shizuku decides to return to her original self. At her date with Haru, she announces that she will no longer pursue romantic feelings for him. When asked whether she views him as a distraction, she calmly denies.
